Anyone can post in the forums. If you post anonymously, your post will be held until I can approve it. If you register for an account, your registration will be held until I can approve it. I didn't want to do this, but it is the only way I can easily prevent the increasing amount of spam that is targeting this site as it becomes more popular.
It should go without saying, but do not post information about pirating Japanese stuff in the forums.
