I'm not sure. But, you should take all such statistics with a grain of salt, as the vocab list changes periodically, and between 10-25% of the words can be taken from those that are not on the vocab list (those are the ones they supply definitions for).
What the UNICOM book does do for you is give you an excellent foundation for the vocabulary for the 2kyuu. Even if you only use that book for vocab, I think you can still easily pass the test.

You're welcome. I took a quick look at your site, and have one suggestion for your study plan. If you don't already have it, there's no point in buying the UNICOM 3kyuu reference book if you're going to get どんな時どう使う, because that book includes all (4kyuu-1kyuu) JLPT grammar.
Unless you really feel like you need serious 3kyuu review, you can save yourself some money and skip the UNICOM book for that. And, if you do need serious 3kyuu review, you're probably not ready to start 2kyuu prep.
