I have a problem with the comprehension section. When I read, I feel I understood. But the actual problem comes while answering the questions, ....I feel the questions are little tricky, not sure though. Can anybody please tell me how to overcome this problem.....

Practice the grammar. Most
Practice the grammar. Most of the tricks on the reading section require you to know the quirks of the relatively obscure grammatical points.
Also, read books (not manga) on scholarly subjects in Japanese. This is surely the best way, and also the most rewarding, as you're not wasting much time preparing specifically for the test.
