Because there is no way for me to confirm whether a gift code has been redeemed or not without redeeming it myself, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

If you enter your code and it does not validate, please check the code in your e-mail carefully and try entering it again. It's easy to mistake the number "1" for the capital letter "I", for example.

If you are still having trouble with your code, send me an e-mail and describe the problem, including any error messages you are getting, and I will get back to you as soon as I can to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Please note that my troubleshooting does not include registering accounts on Sony Japan's PSN or Apple Japan's iTunes Store. You will have to register the account on your own. However, feel free to consult my guides (for iTunes and for the PSN) if you need any help.
