I e-mail all PSN and iTunes codes within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. For example, orders of $100 or more may take up to two additional days to fulfill. Also, when I am on vacation or am otherwise unavailable, there will be a message on the order form stating clearly when I will ship the next orders.
I will e-mail the codes to the address listed on your PayPal account. The e-mail will be sent from cards at nihongoperapera dot com. If you have not received the code within 24 hours, please check your spam mailbox.
Although I guarantee delivery within 24 hours, please note that sometimes this means you will receive your code in minutes, and sometimes it will take 20 hours (sorry!). Although I work freelance, I am not available 24 hours a day to instantly fulfill all orders.
I sometimes get requests for "rush service." Please know that I will always send your codes as fast as possible.
