I e-mail all PSN and iTunes codes within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. For example, orders of 10,000 yen or more may take up to two additional days to fulfill. Also, when I take a vacation or am otherwise unavailable, there will be a bolded message on the order form stating clearly when I will ship the next orders.

I will e-mail the codes to the address listed on your PayPal account. The e-mail will be sent from store at nihongoperapera dot com. If you have not received the code within 24 hours, please check your junk mail box; it is likely that the e-mail was captured by your spam filter.

Although I guarantee delivery within 24 hours, please note that sometimes this means you will receive your code in minutes, and sometimes it will take 20 hours. I am working a day job in Japan, and this store is a one man operation, so I am not able to sit at my computer all day and all night processing orders.

Occasionally I get requests for "rush service"; please know that I will always ship your codes as fast as possible, but I am not able to promise "instant delivery."
